Marumerizer that cuts the extrudes to desired length and makes spheres of the Extrudes. Marumerizer consist of Jacketed / Non Jacketed Drum & Chequered Plate. Different Chequered Plates are available in the range of 1.00mm for making pellets in sizes 0.4 to 0.5mm, 2.00mm for making pellets of 0.6 to 0.8, 3.20mm for making pellets of 1.0 to 1.20 mm & 6.50mm for making pellets of 1.50 to 2.0 mm. The gap between Chequered plate & drum is mere 0.3mm and from below compressed air is blown to avoid falling of extrudes in to the drum base.

Marumerizer is a batch process with approx one batch taking 3-6 minutes in an hour we can have 10-12 batches Marumerizer is available from R&D to Production level batches with minimum 50 gms to maximum 300 kgs /hr capacity. Marumerizer is cGMP complied equipments with self standing model for Production scale & table top model for R&D scale HMI control operation with built in electrical panel for ease in maintenance. Higher version of Marumerizer comes along with Scada & 21 CFR Part 11 module with report options and online printing of day to day activity carried on the equipment.
